* Craziness*
The last two days have been incredibly stressful! Last night Kenna had gotten into a lifesaver and watching TV in our room. I was switching laundry and when I came into the bedroom she was just standing there not moving. This is incredibly strange for her, because she never ever stands still. I walked over to her and she was trying to cry but nothing was coming out. She kept grabbing at her throat so I picked her up and started smacking her back with my palm. She threw up a couple times and some of the candy came out, but she was still not breathing. I picked her up again and repeated to hit her back until she continued to throw up. She started crying and threw up several more times. Once I heard her cry, I knew she was able to breathe. It was the worst experience of my life, and I had no idea if I was doing what I was suppose to. Times like this make me wish I was CPR certified and was more confident in what to do. I am so thankful things didn't become worse. After she was calmed down I called Travis. I told him to keep his cell phone on just incase I went into labor, so when I called he assumed it was time. I started bawling and tried to tell him what had happened. When he got home a little later he said they were in a middle of a huddle for football, and everyone was staring at him wondering what was going on. Poor Kenna just laid on me and every few minutes she would look at me, cry and say "mom, I choked."
Today on a lighter note, Travis told me to take it easy and not to have this baby while he is gone. They have their first football game and he is going to be like 5 hours away. I hopped on the computer for a minute while she was watching Dora, and she walked into the office just starring at me. I could tell she did something bad, because she had a funny look on her face. I started to get out of the chair but she pushed me back in it and kept saying "no mom, no!! Stay here." At this point I knew something was wrong. I got back up and she repeated herself "no mom, no!! Stay here." When I got into the living room I could smell something funny. There on the coffee table was bright pink nail polish. At first I didn't see that she had spilled it, but as I bent down to put it away I saw it all over the carpet! It was funny to watch her face, because she knew she was in trouble. She kept saying "I sorry mom, I sorry." "No no, that's naughty, help clean up?" If I wasn't so mad, I probably would've laughed. I finally got it out, and she was still apologizing for what she had done.

That is so scary! I am so glad you were able to help her. Crazy what things can happen when we turn our backs for even a moment. Give her a hug from me!
