*Update*

Just wanted to a quick update on Makenna.  She has been learning quickly on a lot of the stuff we've been  trying to teach her.  She absolutely loves singing, and is constantly asking to sing the "spider song" (Incy Wincy Spider.)  After nursery when we got into the car, she kept saying "E-I-E-I-O-" at first I couldn't figure out what she was saying, but then she went on and said "moo moo here moo moo here."  She can sing her whole alphabet and count to about 12.  She knows her shapes, but can only really say "circle, heart, star, square and triangle."  She can match her colors but only knows pink, blue and red.  We are working really hard with her on those.

She has the most amazing imagination.  She can entertain herself for hours in her room, and it's funny to listen to her role play the characters of mom and dad.  The other day I was watching her play and she kept saying "Time for bed, don't get outta bed", "okay mommy", "night, love you."  She is the most funniest girl I have ever met in my entire life! The things she says to me cracks me up.  Lately we have been saying how smart she is.  She gets mad and says "I not smart, I happy mommy."  She is a HUGE tease and gets a thrill out of making me beg for my things that she has taken and ran off with.  We are so lucky to have her, and what a joy she is to us.
