*Swimming Time*

Last night Josh and Heather invited us to go swimming today at the Thousand Spring Resort.  We had been a couple of times before, but never with them, so we were really excited.  We got there a little early so we jumped in.  Kenna had a lot of fun swimming with her dad before they showed up, but was really giddy when her friend arrived.  There were tons and tons of people there, but we still managed to have some privacy.

We decided a packed lunch would be fun, so we took a break from swimming and enjoyed some sandwiches and chips.  Soon enough they were ready to get back in.  It was funny to watch her socialize with other kids, she even flirted with a couple older boys.  She has become so independent that she wants to do everything by herself, so we gave her some floaties for her arms and she swam a lot without Travis holding on.

We were in the pool for almost 3 hours, and knew it was time to finally leave.  As soon as we pulled out, Makenna was out like a light.  Just makes me super excited for summer and all the time we're going to be spending in the water.
