*New Stepping Stone*

Thursday Travis and I had done some real deep talking about where we wanted to be in 5-7 years.  He talked to his boss to see how secure his job was, and we heard really exciting news. We decided the way things are going in this country we should be safe, and that is in Wendell Idaho.  We brought up houses, and if we were planning on being here that long we'd rather buy then rent.  We drove around, looked online, and finally found the perfect house!  We called up the realtor and were able to see inside.  I must say, I think it's absolutely beautiful and I'm so excited.  We drove down to Twin Falls today and talked about getting pre approved so we knew if we were even able to get as much as the asking price on this house.  Everything checked out, we are officially pre approved!  We headed over to the relator that showed us the house because we really liked him, and how he just sat back and let us look and wasn't pushy.  One thing led to another and we ended up putting an offer on this house.  We find out on Wednesday at 5:00 (at the latest).  We will see what they say, but we are hoping and praying everything goes as smoothly as it has been going so far.  I can't believe what a draining and long process this is, but we're hoping it's all worth it when they say "CONGRATULATIONS!"  I'm trying not to get my hopes up, because I could be let down, but this is a huge step for us.  Well long story short, if everything works out we could be in our new house by APRIL 25TH!!!  I just hope this is meant to be, and we can be in the house we can make family memories in.  Well....until we find out...lets pray this all works out! =)
