*Student of the Month*

We got a call from Makenna's teacher last night letting us know she was chosen for student of the month for responsibility.  Since parents were invited I left work so I could attend the assembly.  She saw me as she walked in and got a huge grin on her face.  Since it was a surprise she had no idea why I was there.  When they announced her name I saw her shoot up and she was smiling from ear to ear.  Once they announced all the kids they let the parents take pictures.  After she sat down she turned around to give me one more huge smile and waved as I left.  We are so proud of our little girl and how hard she's working in school.
