*Monster Trucks*

I won some Monster Truck tickets through Facebook and instantly thought about Lori.  We use to go every year but haven't been for a couple years, so I was really excited.  I drove down to Blackfoot Saturday afternoon and had lunch at my favorite place, Rupes, with some of my family.  It was the best start to an amazing weekend.  We drove down to Pocatello and was instantly exhausted as we saw the rows and rows of cars.  We walked into the Holt Arena and took our seats.  We heard there was going to be an amazing robot, but it turned out to be a dud.  The announcer was really bad and before the trucks even raced it was already over an hour.  It was so loud so we had our conversation through text message.  We agreed we were kind of bored and would head out after the wheelie competition.  We are definitely getting old and didn't have as much fun as we remembered having.  I think we're finally at the age where we would enjoy it more with our kids there with us.  We had some late dinner and had an amazing rest of the night.  I love spending time with my sister, and amazed at how close we are. I think we get stronger every time we meet up and I'll hold onto these memories forever.
