*April Fool's Day*
I absolutely love holidays, even the silly ones like, April Fool's Day. It's an excuse to make memories with my little family. This year I decided to make an interesting dinner, and I'm not sure the kids were very pleased with it. Peyton tried to drink his "juice" and kept saying, "mommy help me. It's broken." I sat and giggled as they struggled. Next was their main course. They were excited to have cupcakes for dinner, but when they bit into it, their faces said it all. Makenna spit it up and said, "this isn't a cupcake!" As I laughed and said, "April Fools" she just looked at me frowning. I told her it was meatloaf and the "frosting" was mashed potatoes. I don't think they ate very much of it and wanted cereal instead. I though it was absolutely hilarious. Travis was a good sport and ate it anyways.
