*Harms of Tanning*

I have been complaining lately how white I am, so Travis agreed I could get a tanning pass and try and get a little darker for this summer.  I have gone a couple of times with no problem but today was definitely a different day!  She let me in the room and added 10 mins and as I got out nobody was at the desk so I decided just to go.  I tried to push the door and nothing, so I thought maybe I was just retarded and tried to pull, still nothing! At this point I was a little worried because nobody was around and I couldn't figure out how to get out of this building.  As I looked down I saw a bolt lock and a sign on the outside saying "gone for a minute" and that's all I could read.  I headed to the back to make sure nobody was there.  I called Travis to let him know I was going to be late and then called my sister Lori because I knew she would know what to do.  She told me I needed to call the cops or the fire department and let them know so they could call the owners. I was a little embarrassed and told her I would try and call the number on the building and maybe it would connect with their cell phone, but to my surprise nothing!  She ended up calling them and the lady laughed a little and said "let me get a hold of the owner so she can let her hostage out of her salon."  The owner soon arrived only a couple minutes later and was bright red and just dying!  She apologized over and over again saying how this had never happened before.

What it is the lesson I learned from all this?  Do not tan!!! Not just because of skin cancer or any of the other risks that are involved but because the risks of getting locked in their building is high!! =)
