*Graduation

This past weekend the three of us headed to Washington for a little less than a week.  Rashai was graduating from high school and Travis needed to finish one more test to receive his Washington State Certificate.  We drove down Thursday night and stayed in a hotel in Oregon.  It was nice not having to drive the full 8 hrs.  As soon as we walked into our room Makenna was laughing and walking every where! She was definitely excited to be out of the car.

We got up the next morning and had breakfast with Travis' old mission companion.  It was nice to get to meet him and they told a lot of stories that they had remembered from the many years ago.  We then drove the rest of the way to where we finally made it to Washington!!

That evening was the graduation party that was held at his parent's house.  There was tons and tons of food and it was nice to mingle with everyone and catch up.

The next day the girls and I decided we wanted to get out and spend some time together.  We headed over to their house to get ready and decided we wanted to go bowling! I must say I am terrible at this game but it was fun to laugh and catch up with my girls.
I just had to post this!  Makenna loves being with her cousins and she laughs so hard sometimes she just can't handle it.  Connor and Chase were rolling the ball around in a bowl and when it would fall out she would laugh so dang hard!  We all just sat and laughed with her. =)

On our way home we stopped in Boise and just decided to have some family time. We went out to lunch at the Cheese Cake Factory and that was to die for!! I had never been to one before and it was so yummy.  I love taking trips as a family so we are able to spend some quality time together in our busy lives.

  1. How fun! It is so nice that Kenna could spend so much time with family that obviously loves her so much! Let us know when Travis finds out his test results.
