*Go Bliss Bears*

      The 2009-2010 season was a great one for the Bliss Junior High Girls basketball team. We finished the season with a 5-4 record and won the Northside Conference Tournament. It was first winning season the Junior High (and maybe the High School) has had in a long time.
     It looked like it was going to be a long season at the first practice, but the girls worked hard and improved everyday. They kept with it and we more than doubled the high score the girls team had last year.
    The only thing that I wasn't that excited about was that by winning the tournament at the end of the season I had to honor my deal to them by spraying my hair the school colors (Maroon). It was a great experience coaching them!
