Yesterday I decided it was time to get rid of the binky! She has gotten so attached to it lately that I decided its now or never. She did really good during the day, and I noticed she talked a lot more with it out of her mouth. I put her down for her nap and thats where the fun started. She cried for about 20 minutes and finally fell asleep. I was a little worried for bed time and I told Travis "its gonna be a looong night" but to my surprise she did really well. She cried for a little bit then slept through the whole night.
We went to a basketball game last night and I figured if I just switch her binky with a sucker she'll do fine!! =) Hello cavities!!
I love my little girl!! Every morning we have mommy & Kenna time. We cuddle with a pillow and blanket and watch one of her favorite tv shows. It's the only time in the day she lets me cuddle with her, then she's off to play.
How fun you guys have cuddle time every morning! I bet she loves that. Good luck with the binky thing.
