Update

Makenna will be 6 months on the 19th so I figured it was time to start her on rice.  We tried once before but she didn't quite grasp the concept so I thought I better try again. At first she was a little resistant but soon figured out it was good.  It's crazy how time flies and how fast she is growing up.

Travis is still running a landscape yard here in Spokane and he is liking it.  We are still waiting to hear back from the schools he has applied for.  We keep praying and fasting that something will come our way, but maybe the schools he has applied for just isn't where we are supposed to be.  We are trying to stay positive.  

Makenna is changing every single day. She is so funny to listen to, she talks like crazy!!  She is definitely a happy baby.  In the morning before I get her out of bed she just plays with her feet and talks. She absolutely loves the water and enjoys being around her family.  

We are going to Idaho the end of June and I am soo excited to see my family.  I was really homesick the first week but slowly adjusting to the change.  It is beautiful here in Washington and I am really starting to love it.  It doesn't really matter where we are as long as I have my family close by.  

So I have started a new project and I'm pretty excited about it.  I went with my mother-in-law to a yard sale that the young women were putting on and found a 4 piece set dresser for Makenna.  It's a little out dated so Travis and I bought some paint and new knobs and we're going to re-do it.  Hopefully it ends how I want it to.
