*Silverwood Theme Park*

We made a trip to Silverwood yesterday and it was so much fun! We had the opportunity to go last year but since I was pregnant with Makenna I wasn't able to ride the rides, but I made up for lost times. It was a little chilly when we got there so we all bundled up and went into the park.

I wanted to go on the Carousel first because I thought Makenna would be able to ride with us, but "No Infants" but we decided to go anyways. It has been forever since I have been on one of those things and it was pretty fun. Travis' mom made it on with us too...lol she was a good sport.

Then we made our way to the Bumper Cars. Travis and his dad got in line and we waited for them to get on. It was pretty funny watching them. They giggled like little boys, they really had a fun time. It was amazing because there was nobody there. We didn't have to wait for long lines, as soon as we decided on a ride we hopped right on.

I was so happy Benn came with us because he went on all the scary rides with me that nobody else would. We went on this ride twice and it was a rush! We ended up going right before we left and there was a thunder storm and when it took us to the top we were able to see the storm and it was beautiful. We were climbing our way up and I told him "I think I'm all talk, I'm a little scared" he would laugh and say "sorry to late." We had a lot of fun, we screamed and laughed together.

This ride was my ALL TIME FAVORITE! We went with Reagan's family also and they thought we were nuts. We went on this ride twice as well. It takes you forward then it goes backwards. It is hard to explain the frightening experience we (Benn and I) shared together, but I found this and it explains it all. "The newest coaster at Silverwood boasts a 177 foot drop at 65 mph into 3 inversions. Once forwards and then backwards!"

There were two old rollercoasters in the park and they were so much fun!! The first one took you straight up and then you dropped down the tracks. Oh it was a blast, but by the time we got off of them I had the worst headache.

The second one we went on takes your picture when you go into the dark tunnel. It was a lot faster but just as fun. As soon as you get off the ride it takes you into the gift shop and you are able to see your picture. Tena and Benn sat behind us and we were able to get a picture with all four of us. Tena was so funny, she was like "why did I go on this ride it was awful." I tried to get Travis to sit in the front row with me but he wouldn't, which I'll admit I am a little thankful, it was scary.

We made our way through the park deciding what we wanted to go on next. I hadn't been on many rides with Rashai so I talked her into going on this ride with me. We didn't think it looked that bad, but boy were we wrong! Connor and his friend came on with us too. I think we laughed the whole time it was a blast.

Wow I have to say Greg and the boys are so good at the carnival games. They won stuffed animals, a basketball and a bunch of little toys. It was fun to watch them.

It was starting to warm up again so we headed to the log ride. Britany and I didn't really want to get wet so we stayed with Greg, Connor, Chase and Makenna why Tena, Travis, Rashai, Reagan, and Benn went. You could put in a quarter and squirt them. It was funny to see Reagan's face when they went by. She pointed at her boys to say "don't you even dare!"

Makenna did so good, it made our trip easier. She loves being outside. She just layed in her stroller and we played and talked to her. I had bought her a little hat so she wouldn't get to much sun but she liked playing with it more, so she didn't keep it on very long.

Britany and I waited while Travis, Reagan, Benn, Chase, Connor and the friend went on the bumper boats. I was standing in line with them but saw how much the other people got wet so I chickened out and stayed with Brit. It was really funny to watch them squirt everyone else.

We went on a couple more rides but I didn't get very many pictures.

We were a little tired of the rides so we headed to the water park. I didn't get much pictures here either because my hands were wet, but it was a blast. The boys went on the family tube ride and they had a blast. Travis said they almost tipped over a couple of times. Makenna loves the water so she had a lot of fun. We took her out and let her kick, it's pretty funny to watch her.

After that we went to a Magic Show then got ice-cream. Then it started to rain like crazy so we decided it was time to go. By the time we made it to our car we were soaked. What a fun day full of fun rides, family, food and screaming.
