*Christmas Week*

For Christmas this year we celebrated with Travis' family.  We flew into Spokane on Tuesday evening and when we arrived at their house we had a small birthday party for Makenna.  The kids were so excited to see their grandparents that they were up pretty late.  We had a delicious Christmas Eve Dinner with some family and opened our Christmas Eve Presents.  Poor Makenna had too big jammies and wasn't able to wear hers.  We laid out cookies for Santa and since they were out of carrots we gave the reindeers their next favorite food, lettuce.  We woke up to see what Santa had left us and the kids had excited.  I felt awful because Kenna's skates were too small but thank goodness Santa left a receipt just in case.  The kids played with their toys for awhile and we finished opening presents.  Travis gave me a beautiful necklace and I got a mother/son necklace from Peyton.  I got a bracelet from Makenna for mother/daughter and I loved them!  I surprised Travis and found him the most perfect watch.  Later that day we had an amazing lunch and played some fun games.  Everyone had a blast and it was fun to play the new games Britny had showed us.  The next day we went to a jump place in the mall and it was awesome.  They had obstacle courses, dodge ball, tight rope and a few more things.  They spent an hour jumping and we ate before we headed back to the house.  Travis' parent were nice enough to watch the kids while Travis and I went out on a date Saturday.  We went to dinner and a movie and enjoyed spending some alone time together.  Sunday morning we had to leave really early to get to the airport.  Makenna was in tears because she didn't want to leave.  We sure had an amazing time and blessed to have such an amazing family.
