*Back 2 School Shopping*

Friday after work we surprised the kids and drove to Boise to stay in a hotel.  We watched tv, played in the pool and just relaxed.  The next day we went to the Boise Zoo and had a lot of fun.  Peyton loved the lion and tigers and Makenna enjoyed the penguins.  There were a ton of people there, but we still managed to see everything we wanted.  After that we tried to have a picnic but the bees took over and we had to eat and run.  We did some back to school shopping and got some really great deals.  We had to go to five different stores to find Makenna's Sketchers light up shoes.  She finally found her size, and was in heaven.  We got some ice cream and decided it was time to go home.  It was nice to have one last family day before the crazy life of school starts.
