*Turkey Day*

Wednesday we headed to Blackfoot to spend Thanksgiving with my family.  Thursday some of my mom's family got together in Pocatello to have Thanksgiving dinner.  There was tons and tons of yummy food and even better company.

 Once we were home, we all looked through the different department stores for Black Friday.  Travis and I decided we wanted to go to Best Buy Thursday night at 10:00 pm to get my mom a tablet, and some other stuff we needed.  We arrived and the parking lot wasn't to bad, so we thought we had got there in good time....but were we surprised once we turned the corner!!  The line was extremely long, and we knew there was NO way we were going to get the items we needed.  We went back and forth deciding if we should stay or not.  We figured it was only 2 hours until they opened, so we would give it a shot.  Finally it was midnight and the doors were open.  We had our game plan and headed into the store.  To my disappointment the tablets we wanted were ticketed items so we weren't going to be able to get that for my mom.  Travis was in line for TVs and by the time I got to him someone had decided they didn't want one of the tablets, and told Travis he could have it.  We were soooo excited, but had no idea what a long wait we had in store.  We later found out after being in the TV line that they were sold out on the one we wanted, so we made our way to the other line to get the tablet.  15 people were in front of us and we waited another 3 hours!  6 hours total in Best Buy, and boy were we tired.  We got back to my mom's around 4 am and took an hour nap before heading back out again with my mom and sister for another 5 hour shopping spree.  I was exhausted but had an amazing time spending time with my family and getting some fun items for our kids.  To our lovely amazement my mom ended up wanting the Ipad so we got our tablet for cheap. Can't wait for Christmas.
