*Washington Trip*

We flew into Washington on Wednesday morning.  It was a fast and easy flight.  Makenna was really excited when I showed her the plane that we were going to fly on.  She kept pointing to the sky and yelling "sky sky!"  she was giddy the entire flight. 

Nate picked us up from the airport and we headed to the house.  It was really good to see everyone and catch up.  Tena and Benn had bought the Kinnect and we played so many games on it.  It was really a blast catching up with everyone.

Thursday we planned a night of fun.  We started out at Andrea mom's house for a quick dinner and birthday for Makenna.  She was so happy opening all the great presents she got. 

We had plans to go ice skating so we headed out the door.  The weather wasn't to cold so it was a perfect night for skating.  Makenna was a little sick so Andrea and Tena were nice enough to watch her while we skated.
