*Happy Easter*

We've had such a fun weekend and I'm sad it's over.  Friday I planned on having an Easter egg hunt for the girls, but Jaelynn ended up staying home sick so I did it indoor for Makenna.  It had been really cold and windy that day so I scattered the eggs around the living room.  At first she put them in her mouth, but then figured out she needed to put them in her basket.  She had a lot of run walking to the different colored eggs.

I decided for Easter you just have to have sugar cookies to decorate with sprinkles; so Kenna helped me mix them up to get them ready for the oven.  I think she had more fun eating them then actually mixing it.  She would suck the frosting off then hand me the cookie.  After the 2nd time I finally said, "just eat your cookie, no more frosting" so she decided she better eat it.

We woke up a little earlier then Kenna and got really excited so we snuck in her room and to our excitement she was awake.  Travis carried her into the living room where she decided now she wanted to walk, and hurried over to the baskets. She couldn't wipe the smile off of her face, it was so adorable!!  Lately she has been obsessed with my necklaces so I decided it was time to get her some.  She just kept looking at them and smiling.

It was the break of conference so I decided I better get lunch/dinner going.  Travis had left the fridge open and she just loved sitting in it.  It kept her entertained and we got the cooking done, which was nice.
