*Thanksgiving Week*

We have been so blessed this year and I cannot express how thankful I am for everyone that has been in our lives.  I am thankful for such a loving and caring husband and such a sweet, happy, healthy baby girl.  I am thankful for my family and Travis' for everything they have done and will do for us.

We had the opportunity to fly to Washington on Tuesday of last week to visit Travis' family for Thanksgiving.  His parents were gracious and flew us down for the week.  I was really worried about Makenna since this was her first time but she did amazing. When we took off her eyes got really big then she would just giggle and sing.

We got into Spokane that evening and Nate picked us up at the airport.  We were tired of flying so it was nice to be able to see his family.  We spent the night just talking and catching up.  They couldn't believe how big Makenna had gotten.

I had to work during Thanksgiving week so we weren't able to do as much as we wanted to, but we still were able to be with family.  We had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner and I thought we were going to eat ever again because we were stuffed full.

We decided we wanted to do some blitz shopping so we woke up at 5 am and went out.  There wasn't anything huge we just had to have this year so we didn't get up as early as we usually do.  We got a lot of nice items for a great sale then we headed out to breakfast.

We decided on Saturday we wanted to go ice-skating.  It was a blast, even though we are not professionals on any level! :)  It was a lot of fun, and Benn and Tena volunteered to babysit Makenna for us.  It was a perfect night since it wasn't very cold outside.  We had so much fun!!

I cannot believe how fast our week went and hope the next time we see our family wont be so long.
